Green Tom Collins

2 ounces Charbay Green Tea Vodka
¾ ounce simple syrup
¾ ounce lemon
Sprinkle of matcha
Splash of soda water

Shake and serve on the rocks in a highball glass.

Puritita

1½ ounces Pierde Almas Puritita Mezcal
½ ounce orgeat (equal parts unsweetened almond milk and cane sugar)
¼ ounce Yellow Chartreuse
¾ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Lemon twist, for garnish

Blood & Sand

¾ ounce Cherry Herring liqueur
¾ ounce orange juice
¾ ounce sweet vermouth
¾ ounce Chivas Blended Scotch

Jungle Bird

1½ ounces Goslings Rum
1½ ounces pineapple juice
½ ounce lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup
½ ounce Campari

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake, and then serve in a highball glass.

Martinez

2 ounces Genever
1 ounce sweet vermouth, preferably Vya
¼ ounce Luxardo maraschino
3 dashes orange bitters

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Paper Plane

¾ ounce bourbon
¾ ounce Aperol
¾ ounce Amaro Nonino
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Strain into small cocktail glass.

The Grappler

2 ounces apple brandy
1 ounce pinot noir verjus
¾ ounce honey syrup
Apple slice, for garnish
Red grape, for garnish

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Strain into small cocktail glass. Garnish with an apple slice and red grape.
